With the title "SCHURTER's digitization roadmap to harmonize global CRM processes", SCHURTER and its consulting partner Swisscom presented the CRM project SAPHIR-8 at SAP NOW 2023.

The presentation took place during the Leadership Day on Tuesday April 25, 2023 at the Zurich Conventon Center.

In their presentation, Natascha Sieber (Swisscom) and Thomas Haas (SCHURTER AG) shed light on the goals and background of the CRM project SAPHIR-8 and introduced the process method in an international environment. The implementation of this important building block of SCHURTER's digitalization roadmap is proceeding according to plan and is well advanced. In an interim summary, Thomas Haas explained the "lessons learned" to date and also pointed out the challenges and risks of the hybrid system architecture.
